This journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement is based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
1. Ethical Guidelines for Authors
Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published or submitted simultaneously to another journal. Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should present an accurate account of the research conducted and provide sufficient detail to allow others to replicate the work.
Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. The journal applies plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts.
Authors must ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions to the research and have approved the final version of the manuscript. Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
2. Ethical Guidelines for Editors
Editors are responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. They must evaluate manuscripts based on their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
Editors must ensure a fair and unbiased peer-review process and maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor’s own research without the author’s explicit written consent.
3. Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers
Reviewers assist the editor in making editorial decisions and may also help the author improve the quality of the manuscript. Reviewers must conduct their reviews objectively and express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors.
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors and report any similarity or overlap with other published works.
4. Ethical Guidelines for Publisher
The publisher is committed to ensuring that editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial interests. The publisher supports editors in handling ethical issues and is committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record.
The publisher will work closely with editors to take appropriate action in cases of alleged or proven scientific misconduct, including plagiarism, fraudulent publication, or unethical research practices.
5. Handling of Ethical Misconduct
In cases of suspected misconduct, the journal will follow COPE guidelines in investigating the issue. If misconduct is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, including correction, retraction, or removal of the article.
